About the service

Integrative Self Therapy is a mental health service providing nurturing remote support through online Psychotherapeutic Counselling.​​ Offering compassionate, personalized support through accessible digital therapy, tailored to your life story.

The Integrative Self means my main focus is on reconnecting parts of ourselves that may have become disconnected due to trauma, separation, grief, loss, intense sadness, anger, rage and to bring to life a sense of wholeness and balance.

​

What is it that wasn't allowed to be? Was it an emotion like anger? Or was it a sense of self? Perhaps it was success, esteem even joy. There are parts of ourselves which were not allowed to exist, for various reasons. Healing means to acknowledge they exist and allow them to be without fear. Therapeutic process is more than a "journey from A to B". You will be visiting places you didn't know exist.

 

This approach helps individuals achieve greater self-awareness and harmony by addressing emotional, mental, and physical aspects of well-being.

It’s about integrating all aspects of oneself to connect and thrive.
