Service Description

This service is designed for managers and directors who are not sure how to support their employees with mental health matters. All people in leadership positions understand that mental health matters but sometimes emotional support will not be enough. This service is designed to provide emotional support and/or signposting. Some colleagues/employees need an ongoing mental health support and some don't. Some colleagues experience an intense grief or perhaps a situation at work brought to surface something from the person's past. I offer knowledge and space where these feelings can be processed and explored.
