Initial Session
Free initial session for all new clients. Initial session lasts approximately 15-20 minutes and is delivered online.
Online counselling
This type of service is both the personal and/or duo service provided online. Please know I can work with clients who are in United Kingdom.

Each therapeutic session lasts 50 minutes and costs £50.00 for an individual therapy. Online therapy for couples costs £70.00 and lasts 50 minutes.
Counselling for one
Personal therapy on 1-2-1 basis. Each therapeutic session lasts 50 minutes, delivered online and costs £50.00
Employee Service
This service is designed to support managers, employers, colleagues and team members. If you are concerned about your team member you can contact me for support. Your team member might be struggling with grief, anxiety, low self-esteem, low moods or just not feeling themselves. Therapeutic session is delivered online and lasts 50 minutes - fee £50.00
Counselling for two
This type of therapy is designed for any duos out there- professional, personal and/or romantic. Delivered online.
Each session lasts 50 minutes and costs £70.00
Cancellations
Cancellation policy is 3 business days prior our booked session. A full fee will be charged if cancellation occurs after the 3 business day policy.

​My priorities providing Psychotherapeutic Counselling are ethics, transparency and integrity.
It can be very difficult to find the right therapist. How do you decide when there are dozens of therapeutic approaches?
Psychotherapeutic and Counselling Regulatory Bodies in United Kingdom had the same question so they came together and started working on a clear and easy to understand professional framework which provides information about different levels of therapists' competencies and what they mean.

Below are two screenshots from the Scope of Practice and Education for Counselling and Psychotherapy with adults (SCoPed) framework. This framework provides an overview of training and practice requirements associated with different working titles as well as training approaches.
My status is in the B column as I gained my Level 6 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and am an accredited registrant of NCPS. Currently, I am on my way towards MSc in Transactional Analysis and Certified Transactional Analyst- column C.
