General Data Protection Regulation

 

Your Rights:

  • Be informed about the type of data I store

  • Access your information I store about you

  • Rectification, erasure, to restrict processing, to data portability

  • To object and the right not to be subject to automated decision making

 

I collect personal and sensitive data to deliver therapy sessions, the information may be shared in supervision and/or training. You are invited to let me know your preference regarding using our therapeutic session's note in my training.

If we do not start therapy together, I will securely delete all your personal and contact information.

 

Once we decide to start therapy together, I will keep your files securely stored for up to six years. Further information is available on request and will be provided if you begin therapy with me.

Where do I store your information?

  • My password protected laptop and password protected folder on my iOS device

  • My email inbox

  • Any paper notes are stored in my locked folder box
